V90 CrossFit was established in the summer of 2017 as a part of VK Gyms expansion plans.
VK Gym is an independent family run gym that has been open since 2008 and aims to supply a total fitness experience. The gym is name after a family member Venessa Joanne Knight which is where the butterflies and pink colour scheme originate and is dedicated to her loving memory.
